Honey cake

Ingredients:

• 100 gr. of salted softened butter at room temperature
• 60 gr. of brown sugar
• 100 gr. honey
• 1 egg
• 100 ml. milk
• ½ teaspoon ground ginger
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon nutmeg
• ½ teaspoon coriander
• ½ teaspoon fennel
• 150 gr. flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder

Icing cream:

• 25 gr. of salt butter
• 25 gr. honey

Preparation:

Beat the butter with the sugar, add the honey, egg and spices. Add the flour and the baking powder. Bake the cake in a mould 18-20 cm. long at 180 C for 45 minutes. Cool well and coat with cream of 25 gr. salty butter mixed with 25g honey.
