Veal soup with dumplings
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 9 teaspoons semolina
Preparation:
Beat the egg with a fork, add the semolina and leave the mixture to soak for 7 minutes. This is very important. Dip the teaspoon in the hot soup first, take the semolina mixture and put it in the low-heat boiling hot soup . Repeat the procedure until all the mixture is used up and the dumplings are placed in the soup. Cover the pot, turn off the hob and leave the dumplings to simmer in the soup.
