Rolled chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg. chicken white meat cut into steaks
  • 200 g ham cut into pieces
  • Dried apricots
  • 200g bacon cut into pieces
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation:

Chicken breasts, crushed like a steak, stuffed as desired (ham, cheese and dried apricots), rolled and covered in bacon. Bake at 200 C in an oven under foil for 30 minutes and another 15 minutes without foil.
