Whole wheat (Integral) Grissini

A snack in front of the TV, to go along with a good movie, a beer or wine.

When I try out a new recipe for the first time, I always halve the dose, so that I won’t feel bad if things go wrong. I could not quite remember the wholewheat crackers recipe. I remember there was this wine or beer flavoured kneading recipe. I have a can of beer in the fridge, I have flour, I have seeds. I will try this out. They turned out perfect. Whole wheat (Integral) Grissini

Ingredients:

  • 100g rye flour
  • 100g corn flour
  • 100g wholemeal flour
  • 100g white flour
  • 50g pumpkin seeds
  • 50g sunflower seeds
  • 50g. chia
  • 100g flaxseed
  • 100g sesame seeds
  • 200ml olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 baking powder bag
  • 250ml beer

Preparation:

Knead the dough from the above ingredients, and if soft add a bit more flour. Roll out the dough, I like them thinner to crunchy, and use a mould to roll out the grissini. Bake on paper for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
