Today I made a bread roll for my sake only. Made it with yogurt and it was excellent! The recipe is not complicated, it is quickly made, especially when you need a quick dinner or a quick breakfast. If pieces remain, I will freeze them, but I sincerely doubt that. I am not that lucky to have food leftover left to dry, only to be thrown away. In our house everything is consumed to the last crumb. Either owing to the recipe, the cheese or to something else, I do not know... ❤

Bread roll
Ingredients:
- 100 ml. of lukewarm water
- 120 ml. milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 20 gr. Yeast
- 400 g of sifted flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 40 ml of oil
- 1 egg white
Filling:
- 250 gr. (Cheese, cottage cheese, ricotta) if desired
- 1 egg
Preparation:
First prepare the yeast to grow in the milk mixed with water and sugar. Add the flour, salt, oil and egg white. Knead well. Leave the dough to rise for 1 hour. Prepare the filling of 250 g (cheese, cottage cheese, ricotta) optionally, mixed with 1 egg. The dough is divided into 2 parts, from which 2 rectangular crusts are rolled out, kneaded with the filling and rolled into rolls. The rolls are baked in a greased round cake mould, spread with egg yolk and sprinkled with sesame seeds. Bake the roll at 180 C for 35 minutes.
