Pan seared yellow cheese

Ingredients:

  • 500g. yellow cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 gr. Pretzels
  • Frying oil

Preparation:

The cheese is cut into pieces, dipped first in an egg and then rolled in bread crumbs and pan fried in oil at a moderate temperature. Leave on a napkin to soak in remaining grease. Serve with tartar sauce of mayonnaise and grated pickles or tomato sauce.
