There is no better aroma for me than the one of the spices cardamom, anise, ginger, cinnamon. This Gugelhupf is not only delicious, but will turn your table into a true Christmas story. It abounds in a wealth of flavours and is a real treat for dessert fans.

Gugelhupf with Christmas cookies aroma
Ingredients:
- 175 gr. softened butter
- 100g of brown sugar
- ванилин шеќер
- 3 eggs
- 175g flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 1 лажиче кардамон
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon anise
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
Preparation:
Beat the butter with the sugar, add the vanilla sugar, the eggs, the flour mixed with the baking powder and finally the spices. It is baked in a Gugelhupf mould, previously smeared with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool the cake and pour 50 g of powdered sugar, mixed with 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and a little warm water (it should be thick).
