I had it once in a very expensive restaurant. Roasted cauliflower was on the menu. I was thinking - when my family sees the check, they’ll go mad… It is the cauliflower season. It is available in the markets. I love it fried in egg and breadcrumbs, baked with béchamel, and I also make cream cauliflower soup. I got the idea to prepare it this way from this very expensive restaurant. I ordered it and when they brought it to me, I must admit, it looked lovely, and an idea emerged - I can do this at home! I know, the most important thing is for a person to have an idea!

Roasted cauliflower
Ingredients:
- 1 whole head of cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tsp dried basil
- thyme
- dried parsley
- 3 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons parmesan
Preparation:
Wash the cauliflower thoroughly, and mind the florets not to get separated. Olive oil is mixed with spices. Damp the entire cauliflower in the liquid and wrap it in baking paper on all sides. Bake at 210 degrees for 40 minutes. Check with a knife for softness. Sprinkle the cauliflower with another 2 tablespoons of parmesan and bake for 10 minutes without covering. The dressing is mayonnaise with sour cream.
