Made it with yogurt and it was excellent! The recipe is not complicated, it is quickly made, especially when you need a quick dinner or a quick breakfast. If pieces remain, I will freeze them, but I sincerely doubt that. I am not that lucky to have food leftover left to dry, only to be thrown away. In our house everything is consumed to the last crumb.
