We do not eat it, and honestly I do not want to throw it away. Sometimes I will buy an organic one, without additives, which reminds me of homemade bread.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today I will make the Italian Ciabatta bread, which in free translation means \"slipper\". The recipe is fantastic, no kneading required. Today I will add chopped olives and I really recommend it. The dough will be a bit softer than usual, but don\u2019t be alarmed. It only takes a little more flour to spread it on the work surface then to gently shape the dough. I honestly enjoy the process. It\u2019s like clay work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I ask my kids if they like it and they say it\u2019s like fresh out of a pastry shop. I did not wait in line to buy it, and anyway, one can never know if Ciabatta olive bread is available in pastry shops.
